Ok well first off I would like to thank Paul at TDi North for getting me in contact with Dave from ABP and making sure he was aware of my problem.
To start off many of you may have known that I have a broken backbox (ratteling exhaust) for those that dont, you can read more here:

Now once Dave from ABP was made aware of this he got straight onto the case and got in contact with myself and Milltek. What strings Dave pulled to get the results he did I will never know however Milltek agreed to replace the backbox completely free of charge and also cover all postage costs. With no questions asked. I even get to keep the old one (which will be opened and checked internally).
Now what truely amazing is, is that the first PM between myself and Dave from ABP was on the 5th Dec. Today my girlfriend informed me that there is a big parcel will Milltek on it waiting for me (I really hope that is the exhaust
). So in other word from the first PM it took only 7 days for the parcel to arrive....
That in my opinion is absolutely outstanding and for me well over the high standard I set for customer service. The replies from both Dave and Paul were speedy and informative. They also both got straight onto the case and this has been dealt with the upmost professionalism.
I would again like to thank TDi (Paul), ABP (Dave) and Milltek for supplying such awesome service!
I will let you know how the fitting gets on next week.
