Ok well first off I would like to thank Paul at TDi North for getting me in contact with Dave from ABP and making sure he was aware of my problem.

To start off many of you may have known that I have a broken backbox (ratteling exhaust) for those that dont, you can read more here:

Now once Dave from ABP was made aware of this he got straight onto the case and got in contact with myself and Milltek. What strings Dave pulled to get the results he did I will never know however Milltek agreed to replace the backbox completely free of charge and also cover all postage costs. With no questions asked. I even get to keep the old one (which will be opened and checked internally).

Now what truely amazing is, is that the first PM between myself and Dave from ABP was on the 5th Dec. Today my girlfriend informed me that there is a big parcel will Milltek on it waiting for me (I really hope that is the exhaust :D). So in other word from the first PM it took only 7 days for the parcel to arrive....

That in my opinion is absolutely outstanding and for me well over the high standard I set for customer service. The replies from both Dave and Paul were speedy and informative. They also both got straight onto the case and this has been dealt with the upmost professionalism.

I would again like to thank TDi (Paul), ABP (Dave) and Milltek for supplying such awesome service!

I will let you know how the fitting gets on next week.

Thank you for this big thanks and been honest i couldnt have solved your issues and got the replacement to you without the help from Charlie @ Milltek.

Just to add that we have sold every one of these Civic Milltek systems in the UK and this is the first ever warranty issue i have had. So every other Milltek exhaust owner doesnt need to worry.

We are always here to help and without good customer service and quality of the products we supply then ABP, Milltek and TDi wouldnt be here still today.

Well I have just booked to go to ABP next week for fast road setup as was going to use Paul TDI North but ABP is closer for me by about 50minutes and they also have a discounted price on this until the new year (I guess loads of people don't spend money on cars in Dec) which made them around £90 less than TDI so this made my mind up along with advice from other drivers.

Looking forward to getting this done and hopefully a good investment for the tyre life.

Good to hear you pleased wth the results i have been watching your post on the Milltek as a Milltek owner myself even though i bought it off here second hand, it's good to the problem sorted out so fast, Its a shame some main dealers couldn't take a leaf from their books on how to sort out problems

You are more than welcome. I couldnt have asked for a better service from everyone involved!

With great service like this I dont think people would mind very much about the odd exhaust going bad. I mean a claim sorted and delivered to germany within a week is nothing short of pure awesomeness.

I truely am very happy, Thank you!

CtrlAltDlt was Onweed (not on weed :p)

I think things just got a bit heated and few things were said that were maybe better left unsaid, you know how it is!

Shame :( he was always a good character on here!
