Bodywork Part Identification - Lower Front Bumper Slam Panel?

Hello,

After some part identification Items 13 / 14 in the diagram below / attached.

I've just taken of my front bumper and noticed that the left one of these is rotted out. I want to find one on ebay, but honestly can't come up with a name for it; other than the part managers description of:

PLATE, R. BULKHEAD LOWER SAFETY

Any suggestions as to what else they are called? It appears to just provide some support for the lower front bumper area.

    Hello, Recently my passengers side heated Wing mirror has stopped working, although drivers side is fine. The electric mirrors move fine on both sides, just seems to be the heated element on that 1 side. Any advice??
