Help....

The problem I have is that when you tilt the passenger seat to get in the back, if you use either handle, it will tilt but not slide forward anymore. It still moves if you use the seat slide bar at the front of the seat but this is very difficult when you have your hands full of baby....

Any ideas on how to fix it...

sounds like either the mechanism has broken or a connection has come undone. I've got rear doors so not sure how the seats operate, but my guess is that if there is a spring on there that connects the tilt lever to the slide it'll have stretched, snapped or just popped off. I have seen it before now where metal parts have worn, or bent too. Have a look underneath for any loose or shiny bits.
I had the issue with my old Prelude, and it was just a spring!

Yes I have checked and its definately not the slider spring come off, it just will not slide at all when you tilt.... I will have to take the seat out and have a good luck underneath to see if anything has come off or broken...

The end of the cable will have broken most probably. It's a metalcable and the end of it snaps Off
