In fact, I can only think of one report in here of someone in here not liking Eibachs - but that was because lowering gave him problems parking at home ...i thought about getting these or even spaxs but after a rethink for the sake of £50 get the Eibach springs which have been testest and liked by 9/10 or maybe even more people.Thats my take on it, i have never used PI springs but from what i know of them there an ok middle of the market brand.
In a word - NO - but an 'FRS' (front at least) would be a good idea, as you are changing the geometry - at least get a 4 wheel laser alignment check done ...ahh cheers relic if I go for the ABP eibach fn2 spring will my shocks get damaged over time due to the drop?
You need to point that question at ABP or a customerahh cheers relic if I go for the ABP eibach fn2 spring will my shocks get damaged over time due to the drop?
Certainly, ABP (who did mine) said that the shocks were not an issue with the 25mm standard drop (15mm CTR drop) springs ...You need to point that question at ABP or a customer I never tried them myself. :thumbsup:I would think long and hard about the pros and cons of 25mm vs 40mm drop. There are a few threads available on the forum. I don't believe shock travel is an issue though.
