i get a bit of a noise from the front suspension on mine
the time i get the the noises is when going over speed bumps / large potholes or when manoeuvring using full lock
iv'e put it down to the top rubber mounts / bearings on the front suspension legs they are being replaced friday i will let you know if it cures the noises

+1 Top mounts. Mine make a popping/creaky sound when slow speed driving. Can usually hear it more on uneven roads, especially when slowly turning into a side road if the road is a little uneven.
Deff. not the drop links - its a different sound. Can be temporarily remedied using a silicone based spray (WD40 Professional Silicone Spray) around the top mounts accessible under bonnet, and also around the bottom near the bump stop from the wheel arch.

Ideally replacement of the top mount rubber, bearing and bump stop. There is a thread on it floating around here somewhere.

had the front suspension top rubber bushes , bump stops and dust cover replaced today apparently honda do not supply the rubber bush separately any more they supply a kit comprising of the three parts mentioned above
the good news is as much as i can tell in such a short period of time the noises are gone so for me that was the cure

the job was done be phoenix close honda specialist in haywood while i waited for the grand sum of £180 all in which i thought was reasonable

i will report back when i have put a few more miles in the car to see if it's still cured but i'm pretty confident it has

before committing myself to the top bushes i checked ARB's and droplinks the drop links were replaced last year and was still perfectly fine as was the ARB's

i had eibach springs fitted last year but the noises were present before the springs were fitted and the drop links come to think of it
the main thing was you could tell the noise was coming from the top of the suspension which made me reasonably confident it was the top mount that was the problem
