I was looking for a pressure washer and was about to order this:

When I came across these:

Are they worth the extra few squid? Think I can still get the Karcher cheaper on Amazon..

Try Karcher outlet. The 5 series are the better ones with aluminium pumps. Got a 5.6 a year ago for £150.

I have the nilfisk. Allot of people rate them as the have an alloy pump unlike the karcher with is plastic well pleased with my nilfisk

I've got a Karcher, I got it for free and it does the job so I can't complain

As above though, a lot of peeps rate the Nilfisks.

I believe the Karcher has an alloy pump encased in a plastic cover.... correct me if im wrong?

I was under the impression that the more expensive karchers had alloy pumps and the cheaper ones were plastic where as nilfisk is alloy.

Maybe another member could shed some light?
