I went to an car stereo shop to find out how much it would cost to replace the existing radio with a double din touch screen job. They quoted £350 that’s just for labour. Is that normal ?

Check they fully understand the integration of any head unit within the Civic or you may lose any other connected info displayed elsewhere.

It's not just a matter of a straight swap. Check the 'Connects2' threads here.

Take a crack at it yourself, it's easy enough- all you need is a bit of confidence tackling it.

Loads of guides on here, and who else is going to care as much about your car than you?

I was quoted the same for installing 4 new speakers and a double din unit.
If I have time/space to do it, I'll have a crack myself at it but I'll probably end up paying for it to be done.
