Hi everyone,

I'm looking to get a Civic 2.2 EX with around 50k on it. I do around 35k a year and need something that's going to last four years.

Has anyone taken a civic 2.2 diesel up to 150-200k and how did you find the reliability with this many miles on the clock?

Mines at 160k serviced regularly and well looked after, oil checked regularly etc etc etc and touch wood its fine! Still pulls like a train!

I would have thought you would need to budget for at least one replacement clutch.

Any knowledge of inlet manifold issues considering this car has an EGR.

I know my Saab 9-5 with 150k suffered due to this.

I don't know of any cases of this but if you are worried Fahad at premier tuning can turn the EGR off for you!
