I've replaced the battery in both my key fobs so I'm sure it isn't that

Both the main key and the spare key take from anywhere between 2-30 clicks to either lock or unlock

Any ideas? Very frustrating !

When it is not unlocking try this: Push one time on the boot knob and it will open.

btw what kind of brand CR1616 battery you used? Don't buy cheap, buy Energizer, Panasonic or Duracell.

I only use energizer batteries myself and have had no issues with them when replacing the oem Panasonic ones.

My main key is acting up so I have ordered 2x Varta CR1616 batteries for £2.75 from Ebay. Hopefully swapping the battery makes the key responsive 100% of the time.
