does anyone have an idea/know what this noise is. it happens all the time but after about 30mph the engines noise is more so I cant hear it as loud.

there is a clicking noise but listen behind that and its the rubber grinding noise.

I have the same thing, it's the rubber bush at the top of your front spring sitting off center

did you sort yours out?

if so how did you do it?

do you mean the top mount?

You can try jacking car up slightly and lubricating front suspension top mounts ie area at top of springs with clear spray grease failing that most likely will require new top mounts.
