Neil finally got round to finishing the video off of the epic turbo build we did on the S2000.

All hand made here at TDi North in the UK and good for over 800bhp when the motors uprated as at the moment it's still 100% stock.

Turbo is a Precision 6768 T4, twin 44mm Tial wastegate, Garrett 800bhp rated intercooler core all fabricated in-house at TDi North and running AEM EMS2

I spotted that as well. It was done over several days to be fair. Whole project took about 6 months start to finish what with waiting for parts, spec's changing etc.

why does it need two wastegates?
Because it's a T4 twin scroll turbo so easier to control boost knowing its going to be making so much. We have done a similar build but gone single 60mm wastegate off the merged collector on an EP3 but that was because he wanted to flow it back into the downpipe rather than having twin screamers

Epic, bet he's chuffed to bits with that! Those S2's were born to have a big fat turbo kit filling all that empty engine bay space, turned out nicely

Wow that's a bit of a monster! Great vid guys :)

All that work but still a peeling rocker cover?! It'd look good with the body colour for the cover IMO :p

cheers, was curious :) does it need a 3 port boost controller then ? or 2 separate ones?
Just a regular valve that T's off to the 2 wastegates. We could control them individually but bit complex for what he needs on this. The AEM boost control is pretty accurate ad we use that for the 2 step but selectable boost as owner wanted to control it manually and see what was happening so installed an HKS EVC6 as well.
