I picked up the car on Monday...loving every minute of it!

But...

I've noticed that the drivers seat is showing signs of wear where the seatbelt rubs against it. My EP3 did the same, but as this was leather it didn't really show. Its only very slight at the moment so I want to do something about it before it gets too bad.

I was wondering whether anyone had come up with a solution to this - other than sitting on a cushion or wearing huge shoulderpads!

Cheers.

Solution!

Here's a pic of my fix to the problem. I didn't like the idea of having to resort to chavtastic Shoulder Harness Pads so here's what I came up with.

I bought a square piece of black felt (50p from a craft shop). I then cut this to shape and attached a black elastic belt from one corner to the other - with one end fixed using sticky velcro strips. This then feeds through the gap in the head rest thereby keeping it in place. This allows it to be removed easily.
