Hi guys! Is the second lock click a programable option you need to activate through HDS or is it built in the locking module and there a modules without that feature because my car just locks once. Once locked, no matter how many times I click "Lock" it does nothing but do a locking sound alike. It does not blink or anything the second time.

Help would be appreciated!

The second press is probably a deadlock and doesn't flash the lights or make a loud clunk. Get in the car, lock it and then press 'Lock' again and try to get out. If you can't then deadlocking is working OK.

Well, it ain't deadlocking, that's for sure. But you pretty much said that in the first post. Is it supposed to?

Lmao. This is what I'm trying to figure out. Is it supposed to deadlock therefore is it broken or disabled somehow or is it not present at all in my car.

LHD models don’t have deadlocks (the second press lock), that’s only for RHD models for Thatcham insurance rankings.

That would explain it all but is weird at the same time because a friend of mine, owner of a LHD, same make, model and year as mine does have the deadlock. This is confusing, isn't it?
