Hi all,

I've been trawling through the interweb, trying to find something/somehow to remove the break dust on the wheels of the car. I came across the sonic scrubbers, has anyone in the forum used these? or are they just glorified toothbrushes?

Not used them or ever heard of them before to be honest. Get a good wheel cleaner, Wolfs seems to be popular. Then seal the wheels, I personally use poorboys wheel sealant. Then the brake dust will come off easily during your wash process.

shaun,

does the wolfs cleaners can remove stubborn brake dusts?
I believe it does, Iron-X should also help. Once you have got it all off you might want to clay the wheels & a must is to seal them to stop it happening badly again. The seal won't stop the dust sticking to the alloy, but you will be able to wipe it of easy when you are cleaning.

As long as you use the wolfs nano wheel cleaner wheels can easily washed and also leaves a protection from wash to wash
