I wasnt too keen on the perspex grill and wanted to do something different and that would match my car theme. Well ive just finished spraying it Gloss black to match my alloys, trim and wing mirrors and its turned out good IMO Looks good with the H badge off Gers it really makes it look different. Let me know what you's think cheers

Yeah I'm thinking about putting fly eyes on as I've already done the Perspex bit on rear window and the centre section inbetween the lights on back so that may be the next thing

Looks good, I was thinking of doing a similar thing to mine, but splitting the grill and spraying the internal chrome instead.... been to scared to try so far lol

Apparently it's a nightmare mate the clips are VERY delicate (I tried unclipping 2 of them and 1 just snapped off as soon as I touched it lol) you've also got to get hair dryer on it to soften the glue or put it in oven if its big enough. That's why I stuck to this idea haha

I thought of the stone chips so done 2 primer, 4 top coats and 5 lacquer so shouldn't be too bad but it'll weigh 20kg more now lol

Yeah I could do that actually that would work. I'll see how it goes over the next few weeks with chips but can't see it being as bad as the thin Honda paint lol

Nice work mate, that looks very different. I think some sort of a tint on the headlights will finish it off nicely.
