Well after having 2 nice days I decided to give the motor a good cleaning inside and out....Snow foamed, clayed, washed and waxed.......and now i'm knackered!!!!!!

Cherry Snowfoam, bilt hamber regular clay, meguiars gold class shampoo, meguiars tech wax 2.0, meguiars tyre gel, and the engine bay was pretty clean anyhow as the cars only done 11000 on 59 plate, so just used some wax furniture polish (works a treat)Looks very good, what did you use?
Well done, but I would get a wax for a car, not a piece of furnitureCherry Snowfoam, bilt hamber regular clay, meguiars gold class shampoo, meguiars tech wax 2.0, meguiars tyre gel, and the engine bay was pretty clean anyhow as the cars only done 11000 on 59 plate, so just used some wax furniture polish (works a treat)
Car bodywork was waxed with Meguiars Tech Wax 2.0.....Well done, but I would get a wax for a car, not a piece of furniture![]()
K&N Apollo...whats that intake?
What would you suggest? I use the tech wax every other washLooks good BUT I would not expect much duarability from Megs TW 2.0
Good as a topper/QD but you need more protection than that.
TW is a quick detailer, you need something a bit more permanent. Loads to choose from. What would you suggest? I use the tech wax every other wash
Hi Shaun, me again (ha,ha) !!TW is a quick detailer, you need something a bit more permanent. Loads to choose from.
Calipers are painted..Very nice job done
How do you get your brake calibers to look that good?
Not used eiher of those waxes, I use FK1000P (sealant) & FK425 as my QDHi Shaun, me again (ha,ha) !!
As I've mentioned before, in planning on using Finis wax or Collinite 915 as my lsp. I, like englishrick, used to use tech wax, but have learned through you guys there are better. Probably still got some lying around and never thought of using it as a QD. Is it any for this, as i was gonna get some F K 425.
Sorry englishrick for the high jack!!
ive been using 915 for the last 2 yrs or so especially through the winter months, nice finish and very durable, it will last for months without the need to reapplyHi Shaun, me again (ha,ha) !!
