I have a 2.2 type s and when i turn the wheel to the right (even very slightly) there is a squeaking noise. This noise also happens when i brake lightly but when more pressure is put in the brake it stops. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be or has it happened to anyone else?

Any help would be appreciated :D

Brake pad warning, if it's high pitch then thats your problem. The pads have a wire in and when they get low the wire touches your disc creating the noise, i had it in mine if i turned left it screeched if i tap the brake it screeched, mines a type r though but im sure it would be the same set up as yours. But i would say that is your problem

If its just started then the wire may have just poked through, you wont see the wire but it is hondas "nifty" brake warning sensor. Your pads may look ok to the eye but the longer the wire touches your discs it creates a groove which could mean new discs.
