Can you buy the bodykit extensions that go over the wheel arch painted or at all as my left one is hanging on for dear life haha

If you mean the wheel arch trim/garnish, yes they are available from Cox, etc.

Honda main dealer sell them for £90 painted. On cox I could only find the trim protectors

Yeah mate it literally takes minutes. I didn't need to change any clips, but they are easy to break.
