Hi everyone,

Ive just bought a civic 1.8 ex 2007 with the standard set up, lovely car but i have a couple of questions:

Are you able to mute the radio/CD at all? I cant find any mention of it in the manual.

And when i play the MP3 CD's ive made up the tracks jump more often than not, is this a common problem?

I never played cds on mine only cd with mp3's and didnt get track skips. Dont think there is a mute button

try burning your mp3 cds at a slower speed ??

I always use a slow speed burner 8x no more.

No mute button, just the on/off button which is annoying when playing mp3 CDs.

As rowbo said, try burning the disc at the slowest speed you can. If that doesn't work, the lens might need cleaning.

Yes I always burn dvd's and bdrs slow speed too. I rather wait than have a disc mess up on me, I rarely uses cd's now I was desperate to play music on car as radio is so naff around my area. Thank god I got the xcarlink my sanity is saved
