Hey, I bought my 08 NHB CTS-GT with 18" storms fitted... Near side front was a bit scuffed and all four corners are quite tired looking. I'm weighing up my options with regard to restoring the storms/replacing the scuffed one, or swapping the set for deltas.

What would you all do? Storms do look awesome but I kinda wanna swap just for the fact I wanna b able to say the rims were my choice... Daft I know.

Also, anyone recommend anyone in the Sheffield area who specialises in restoring n repainting alloys?

Cheers,

Gary

Tempting! You know what... I'm gonna have to get my car up on a ramp. I swear mine sits lower than your pics show. Could be an optical illusion else the previous owner lowered it too! I'll get pics up tomorrow.

Yeah maybe they did.
Do you like the lower stance? I'm lowering mine as soon as i can afford decent springs.

Here she is. Not sure it has been lowered actually. Might be just the look due to the different rims. Sorry for poor pic quality - phone is shocking lol.

I think I will keep the Storms - get them off for a refurb and powdercoat my calipers while they're accessible.
