start up grinding sound
Type-RHi most times when starting the car i hear a bad loud'ish grinding sound for 1 to 3 seconds. Car runs fine, just this sound. Some times it doesnt make it, other times it does. FK2 or FK8 for Longer Drives? Ride Harshness.
Type-RHey, I'm considering trading my 1.8 14 Civic for a FK2 or FK8. It will be the only car in my house hold. Fn2 drinkin oil like no tomorrow
Type-RHi guys, i recently bought a Type r fn2 with 106300 km. Today is 110k and since i bought it i had to top 1l of oil. I drive it normal to go to work, 15km total and some vtec pulls on the weekend. Seems a bit weird and i suspect i have to change piston rings. Just got an unlucky CTR?- 15

Snapped PCV Valve FN2 inside :(
Type-RHi peeps, so i decided to replace the PCV valve on my FN2 Type R 2009 and snap the end of the threads of came off inside? Sigh... Can someone tell me the actual name of where the valve goes in, and can it be removed via the 2 bolts that keep it secure? :( was such a easy just job just not my...- 5
