Check this out folks :


I believe its the first supercharged FD2 in the country.

The video is from Donington Park this week following CPL's conversion work.

Looks like Guy has turned out a top car with this charged FD2 !

Was just over 340 with the intercooler kit and Toda exhaust/manifold setup.
Another one rolled up at the Surrey Rolling road day a few weeks back running the bigger charger.
Pretty straight forward kit and added advantage of the intercooler.

Chargers are great and best £ for bhp when compared to NA setups.

I thought the FD2 wasnt good for charging as the engine is high compression? Or is it low? Either way I'm sure I read that somewhere....

All the new performance stuff is high comp. Low comp boosted is real old school.
I turbod several DC5s with similar setups and for same level of boost they make much better power.

the thing im most impressed with on that vid is the grip the thing had carrying speed into corners, donny looks like alot of fun :cool:

ha ha, every one on here talks about supercharging, nos, 250-350 bhp but never anything about gearbox or drive train mods or are they that bulletproof

Oh is that right!!! I'm 330bhp and my box fly and clutch is standard. Next question?
