Here's a short video we have made of the fabrication process for a 3" exhaust we knocked up the other day.



Turbo kits, charge coolers, exhaust manifolds, exhausts.... The lads are talking about making helicopters now! Say it can't be that hard! :facepalm: :lol:

Oh no, vid not working.

Would you say this exhaust is suitable for all applications i.e. lightly modified cars as well as forced induction?

That's exactly what we did in this case. Customer sourced a couple of vibrant boxs from America and we built it up. All mandrel bent TIG welded. No crush bends you often see in some aftermarket systems.

This is for an EP3 though. We haven't even looked at an FN2 yet a I know Mark is running this project already but we can and will do them if people want especially if matching to our turbo kits. ;)

Will defenatly be interested... will have a crate with k20z4 block coming from UK to me in a couple of months so im sure we could try ship it all together....

I was looking at straight 3" system with ressonator in to a Dynomax Rear Box though... 3" in and 2x 2.5" out... :rolleyes: .... It flows 1400 CFM.... so should be ok... lol... We will be talking soon!
