Nice nice motor indeed, glad you didn’t come back with a bloody golf R. How the hell do you get the money, you spent fortune on the civic and now this beast, mind boggles on the outlay you have done in the last couple years On cars
Just need ‘jays gents cuts’on the side, be sorted mate😉
with that v6 lump, more like a Golf R32.... that would be more equal :) right colour to get also, very nice.

had a surreal moment with betty today.

stopped at asda on way home, nipped in for catfood n stuff.

came out jumped in car and fired it up, i could hear a sort of burble....huh wtaf is that , tapped go pedal and it went, let it idle again there it was...wtaf...

got outside and round back to realise the "burble" is the rear spoiler....HUH like its kinda vibrating on idle...but doesnt shift with hand...suspect with the cold snap theres water iced up inside like an icecube which is rattling inside the spoiler :ROFLMAO:

I assure you bro I'm not loaded just work all the hours God sends 😂

So it's in for chains and when I saw how far down that alternator was buried I thought sod that replace that, replace the thermostat housing, replace all the sensors, replace the switches, water pump, hoses etc

I told the guy I want everything single gasket replaced, he was like every gasket? Im like yes EVERY gasket 😂

I go on the conveyor belt and get carried away 😂

Plan In summer is to do the complete underside like this , I've already acquired all the parts I need just stocking up on the last few new nuts n bolts I need so I can do a nut and bolt powder coat refresh

Gone German bro Audi TT 3.2V6 4 wheel drive
If you thought our type r's were costly these are maintainance kings

This is an 82k miles FSH clean example but I got it cheap as the timing chains need doing, can you guess the bill for that job 😆

I'd highly recommend ALWAYS doing both sides for brake pads & discs, never ever just one side - this is a critical safety issue IMHO
Pertinent! Just picked her up today after dropping off for what I fixed myself!

Oil flush and change (ester based as per), gear oil changed, 3rd had felt a little notchy, so replaced, new plugs and the other disk / pads done. Buttery smooth again. I'm fully OCD with oil changes and I swear, that even changing at less than 3k miles it makes a huge difference to mine, certainly keeps her quiet after the balancer shaft delete. Only reason I changed the plugs is that I intend to go for a map soon and wanted everything ship shape first.

cleaned the seats and washed the outside.
Sonax Extreme upholstery cleaner does a good job on the Alcantara.

Used new foam lance with AutoFinesse Avalanche snow foam and Lavish ceramic foam.
