So the boot is done I now have a kicker zxsum8 taking signal from the hu into a 5 ch amp running all speakers and a 10" in a custom false floor build in the boot. I have one small problem that when I crank the music the tracks skip for a tenth of a second it sounds like a skipping cd but it is running from an iPod. Any ideas? As to what this could be, it's fine when played at normal levels
