Hi folks, thought I would update anyone who may be interested (I know this gets asked a lot and gets a lot of attention) I have finally got the R back box on my 1.4.
As the flange and bore size is bigger I have the flange cut of my 1.4 back box and welded in place on the R box. Then obviously had to have hanger out in place.
It's a bit of faffing and I found a lot of garages wouldn't touch the job! But we got there and I am pleased. Next up is to try and sort out some sort of induction on the 1.4.
