type r rear spoiler

hi all cant find a defo answer here so here goes desperate to install my type r spoiler original one onto my 5 door now ive read the 2 plexi bolts are removed then i need to drill the holes through the plexi but on the 5 door the bolts are further apart than the nuts on the spoiler if you know were im coming from so i plan on removing the top plexi bolt drill that out then seal the rest on at least it will give me some security it wont fall off again does the top hole line up with one of the nuts in the spoiler hope this makes sense

just glue it buddy then no risk of leaks or drilling in wrong places
suppose i will then just didnt fancy it falling off plus save me goin to buy some clamps cheers fella

Clamps? Id just shuve a tub of paint on top of it to weigh it down as it bonds. Aint coming off after that!
tiger seal or sikaflex and its going nowhere trust me!
lol i got sikaflex from work it just sems to stick up a wee bit on the corners maybe some masking tape then thanks

Pritt stick or pva glue applied sparingly with the tiny plastic spatulas is tick by my word ;)

Genuinely ive heard a few bonding it with just tiger seal
this is turning into a nightmare starting putting sikaflex onto spoiler my gun broke so trying to squeeze enough out to put onto spoiler is a mare not enough me thinks both ends are loose tried to stick down with tape but not sure

Take your time the world wasnt built in a day ;)

Think even if it takes a week itll be worth it!!!!
lol i stuck it on with the amount i had on there will look later just aint 100% it gona stay on might remove it in a couple of weeks and secure properly haven said that they are very light

yes mate its a OEM cost more than i wanted to pay buts it was painted in my colour so im happy i coste 1 just bought the arches fitting the rear splitter today maybe just a couple of thigs to buy then will be kinda happy
