Buy them from abp get the camber bolts as well and when you get the tracking done use abps settings you wont believe the difference! Now you just need to decide whether you drop it 15 or 30mm mine is the equivalent to a ctr 15mm drop if it helps :)

I had some hks hipermax fitted this weekend, and it has completely changed the quality of the ride. The ride was better from standard to the eibachs, but theres no comparison between those and the hks!!

Mugen's Sports Suspension also sorts out the crashy ride and lowers the car slightly. Its still rock hard though! Just doesnt crash and bang as much.

I've had my car for 3.5 years now and you do get used to it. Some days it feels totally unacceptable, lets hope that the shock to your body doesn't give us brain damage!

Eibachs are the answer!
KW V1 Coilovers are also a great answer!

Depends on your budget and how far you want to go with it. If you aren't going to track your car regularly or aren't made of money then Eibachs are a good answer. As for deciding between 15 and 30mm drop again it depends what you're looking for.

I'll let those north of the border recommend the places they go to though, as I haven't been north of the border since last March.

Does insurance need to know?Im going to go with 15mm Eibachs.cheers.
In order to be fully covered I would recommend you inform your insurance, so they can't use it as an excuse to avoid paying out. It won't add much to your policy, think it was a tenner when I put it on mine...
