Hi Folks
I have just been quoted €500 to fit a type s spoiler on my 2010 Type S, MIlano Red ( that seems very expensive to me) by honda dealer I bought car from. Is there anywhere else I could buy genuine Type S spoiler (painted milano red) cheaper? I would love to put the Type R spoiler on but I am nervous about the fitting of it? Drilling holes etc, would glueing it with sikaflex do? www.typerkits.com sell type r spoilers for €249 ( not sure if this includes spraying though)
Any thoughts welcome
Thanks
M

That is expensive my friend! 500 euro for a type s spoiler?!

I guess ebay will be a good place to start, but you may see a couple of Type S and R spoilers kicking around here, but you just have to be patient. Milano red is possibly the hardest for anyone to match (if it needs to be repainted) so I guess waiting for a red spoiler would be useful.

The Type S spoiler does not require drilling through the perspex at all. It's only the Type R one if you choose that route. I have heard tigerseal is pretty good stuff, but once it's on it's pretty hard to get it off.

Hope this helps
