Alright folks,

I have bridgestone potenzas size 225 / 40 R 18 88Y on my 2009 Milano red type r gt. I was running them slightly under the pressures given but have now inflted them to what is on the car door. But ride seems muh harsher although i love the feel that we all no this super hatch gives us i just wandered if anyone has found a really good balance in tyre pressures and handling. Any info would be really great.:D

I have been recommended a pressure of 34 all round bya 4 wheel alignment spcialist
He states that this is the optimum for the 225 40 18 tyres I have...Did..Till I put on the 16" Winter Alloys
I have these at 32 all round

I did some testing this weekend and notised that my 1.8 Civic is very sensitive to tyre pressure when i comes to ride comfort. A increase in pressure from 32 to 35 psi in front and 29 to 32 psi in the rear tyres (205-55-R16) made a significant decrease in ride comfort. When I did the same in my 1995 Honda Accord (195-60-R15) I could hardly feel any difference.
