Hello,

We’re here to announce some changes to the Autoguide.com app. Firstly, we regret to say that Tapatalk is pulling its support of our brandedAutoguide.com apps, both the free and paid versions. As a result no further updates for them will be released and they will no longer be available for download as of December 31st 2015. Sites that request it can be added to the main version of Tapatalk, but all app support will need to go through Tapatalk itself.

However, we can now announce that we have developed a brand new Autoguide App developed with a different company that we will be working very closely with. This will allow for issues to be addressed in a much timelier manner. The new app can be found here!

iOS: AutoGuide Free (Autoguide.com) by AutoGuide.Com https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/autoguide-free-autoguide.com/id1000692627?mt=8

Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...utoguide&hl=en

You’ll notice that there’s no paid version of this app. That’s because unlike the old app this one recognizes paid users on the site and is ad free for those groups!

Some other important features include:

Being able to switch freely between light and dark skins!
Being able to upload more than one picture at a time!
Instant push notifications for all of your subscriptions and PM’s
Regular updates directly through the site so you don’t have to search through the app store!
A new streamlined look for speed readers and posters!
We hope you enjoy this brand new app and we thank you for all the time you put in to the old!

As always we welcome your suggestions and issues, so please post them here!
Remember to include your device and operating system when you’re posting issues!

Thanks

Happy Holidays back at ya.

There is still no sign of the Civinfo forum within my list, presuming it will appear alphabetically...

Hi,

I've bumped the issue with the mobile team and hopefully they will be able to get that added to the list very shortly.

Cheers,
Sheena

There was some confusion in the chain for this request I'm getting it corrected now.

How about getting rid of the page selector at the bottom (that is a little annoying, as it pops up frequently when it's not needed) and just use an infinite scroll method?

Also, there doesn't seem to be any sort of forum search function? Or have i missed it somewhere?

Also, the top bar at the centre doesn't do anything. You have the 3 lines to left (sidebar) and the 3 dots to the right (options (although the 3 dots are usually for contextual options, these options could just be put on the sidebar, as they always appear to be the same....) but the central bit that shows the name of the forum you are on is not clickable. I'm sure there could be a use for it, such as viewing subscribed forums (like For Sale section, etc).

Also, when you swipe posts, options appear but don't swipe in... just seemed odd! :D

Hi,

What kind of device are you using and I'll see if I can replicate the issue?

I'll put your suggestions forward, though I know more options are being planned to be implemented as time goes on.

I'm not sure I followed the last one though. Swipe in?

I'll keep it installed and see how it progresses. For now, Tapatalk is still better for me, but that could be the familiarity.

Its just the standard sort of animation. When you swip a post, you'd expect the options to swipe into view as the post swipes out, but they just appear. It's not a biggie, though.
