That's the one, hardest bit is the triangular bit of trim bellow the clock/heater display. Be careful with it as it's easy to break the clips underneath it, the rest is pretty easy. Handbrake has to be as far up as you can get it to get the gearstick dash out.
Once you have all the bits out in the video the glove box can be taken out, screws and clips inside at the front top, and screws underneath, some at the front and an awkward M6 bolt at the back to the left underneath (use a mirror) the triangular side piece of the dash just pops off and then the glove box will come out. This will allow you to arrange the wires behind the head unit when you install it with the surround.

I didn’t take out the glove box, but if it makes it easier to fit the mass of wires behind the head unit then it’s worth it.
