I was modified a Volk Racing nuts, because the original I do not like.
The original is made of aluminum for Allen wrench.
I produced this from stainless steel (1.4034), and key is a emblem Honda :D

It's stainless steel. Working on CNC maschine is very difficult and time-consuming.
For one piece spent spent almost an hour.
It is unprofitable when somebody want this cap for nuts... 5GPB for one piece. :)

But now you've done the programming you can just press 'Go' :D

BTW if you're looking to sell some you need to start a thread in the Civinfo Traders forum, after setting up as a trader with the mods :)

It's no just "Go" button because I had to constantly look on workspace
Small mills (1mm in this case) like fast break.
I don't want sell something, but when I have a time, I have the possibility to produce interesting gadgets.

Like this... some examples:

AV Panel

Short Shifters

Alu Nuts with spherical shape for Honda wheels

Emblem

and much more... I sold only short shifters on Polish forum

You've obviously got an engineering mind and some nice CNC machines. I'm rather jealous  I'd love access to a milling machine with a dividing head! I keep thinking of little projects but I've no way of doing them.

They look fantastic mate. Well done!

I loved being an apprentice and using milling machines, lathes, surface grinders etc. Found it very enjoyable, shame I don't touch it any more. Never used a CNC though.

What discs are you using with you BBK? Where are they from and how much? Are they the standard KSport bells?

Edit// Based on the bolts, am I right in assuming they're not the standard KSport bells then?

On front I have BBK by K-Sport kit with floating (? translate ?) from official selling in my country. TGAUTO
On rear I have larger brake discs (280mm) from ArtMotorSports with distance to brake caliper.
