Why Honda is so slow to react and keen to keep everything confidential?

They have launched 5 new bikes this year, yet in automotive field they keep us enthisiasts wait.

No Type R until 2015, and no news at all. No news at all about the new Accord, a possible hot CR-Z, the Team Dynamics Civics.

Stateside it's the same, no hibrid awd RLX (Legend) until fall, no TLX (possible EU Accord). No news about a new Insight.

They could at least throw some infos about the upcoming models to keep us excited and interested.

There is no news about the Type R, they are testing something but are silent on the spec, engine size etc, NOTHING has been confirmed out loud.

There is NO new Accord for Europe, it costs too much to bring over for a small market, much like the FR-V.

There won't be a hot CR-Z, we dont sell the cold ones we have at the moment so why invest more money?

The Team Dynamics involvement is only by way of the BTCC cars, there are no plans of any specific models other than the Ti which has already been released and not really created much of an impact.

The only new stuff is, Civic Tourer, HR-V, new jazz at end of 2014/early 2015 and NSX.

Dan, I have to disagree. It was confirmed by Takanobu Ito, that they are developing a new Accord for EU. The question is will it be based on the global Accord (US, Russia) or something more upmarket.

The Team Dynamics Civic's was promised in a CAR article by Honda officials, could it be fake?

There has been a tie in with team dynamics with the TI civic, I've heard nothing about a team dynamics specific car other than the mock up s that have been at BTCC meets, same as the Mugen ones.

No-one in the UK has been discussing the Accord in its current guise, let alone a new model so when this is likely to happen, I dont know. As a dealership, it'd nice to think that Honda would let us know if they were launching something as big as a next gen Accord, i can assure you, they havent yet.

Pretty sure Honda were axing the Accord for the European and Japanese market due to little demand.

Actually, they will launch a new Accord in Japan the 20th of this month, the US version with a non plug-in hybrid form, FWD, 200 hp, and rhd.
