or not :(

Yesterday I needed to give the windscreen a quick flick of the wash wipe to clear the muck.

It washed but the wipers stayed parked !

Tried all the other wiper functions and they're fine.

The only difference was that before I set off I turned the ignition to position 2 and did the first wash wipe before I'd started the engine. Tried it a few times on the journey but just a squirt of water.

Not tried it since the overnight stand and restart this morning.

Strange, wonder if there's a reset function for the wipers ?

I assume you mean the washers squirted but the wipers didn't activate?

You have to hold it down for a second or two for the wipers to kick in, otherwise you just get a soapy windscreen.

Yep, I've used it many times being as my journey is mainly motorways.

As you said, plenty of water but no double or triple wipe (can't remember how many sweeps it does).

Working again :)

I put it down to a temporary glitch when I tried to use it before I'd started the engine that confused it.
