Should this water not drain ? I went to fill cat this evening and there was a lot of water laying inside.I had to use paper towel to wipe it out before unscrewing cap and filling up any ideas ?

Ah-ha ! ...

Me too, but I've just been drying it up before I fill with Petrol ...

( Must find drain hole :cool: ) ...

I dont have this problem but filled up earlier and can see no drain hole either :confused:

Mine is an Nov 2010 and it also suffered with water in the fuel filler recess. I didn't think it had a drain hole until I read this thread!

There is a drain hole there. Use a straightened-out paper clip as the small drain hole curves upwards, and the water simply drains away.

Ah great, hopefully mine has a drain plug then. Iv only had the car 3 weeks and did notice water/diesel sitting in there, il give it a clean and try unblock the drain hole if i have one, Thanks for the info =)
