Hi Guys,

I noticed on my 2009 Type-R that when I open and close the tailgate I can hear what sounds like water moving around inside.

Anyone else have this problem?

I not too bothered as the tailgate in plastic so at least it wont rust.

But will get the mechanics to check it out under warranty when it goes for it next service.

Hi Al
I also had this problem, told the honda garage and they then replaced all the rear lights but problem still there.
Open your tailgate and shake if you can hear water then its trapped in the spoiler and the drain holes are to small / blocked, get the grage to look at this first
