Well my cleaning christmas present didnt arrive due Waxamomo cocking up.

My partner ordered some wolfs cleaner on the 13th of December and received a confirmation email and Waxamomo deducted the funds which she paid with her credit card.

To this day the product has not arrived. Countless calls made to the mobile number on Waxamomo site which were never answered. Emails sent and we received an email back saying they got the order mixed up with someone else with the exact same name as my partner. They said they will refund which I hope they will do.

I;ll never deal with this company again and nor will my partner, friends and family. Terrible service.

The owner has moved house, similar probs, see DW. I think you will be OK though. Genuine retailer.

Yeah chris seems a genuine guy and was always happy to help out, got my stuff next day. Im sure he will sort you out once he gets back on the ball...

Must admit I am missing a couple of items orderd early Dec, they have not replied to e mails either so I live in hope.

Will be claiming back via the credit card company. Her first and last name is not a common name so hard to believe someone else ordered with the exact same name. Normally this is the reason I stick with Amazon etc but I do try to help small businesses when I can. Shame as my birthday is January and I need more stuff so wont be dealing again with Waxamomo.
