Hi all,

As promised, I have created this thread to see when everyone is best availible for what will be Civinfo Bristol Meet #3 (currently at Longwell Green).

I am aware there is meet #2 going on tonight but I would like to get people's initial thoughts down first so can best plan. The next meet I can confirm will be in January, and likely to be the 2nd week of the month as per the last meets.

So, please post your thoughts and vote (hopefully can get it working!) on the above, and i'll get something organised from your feedback.

I have left the vote to allow people to select multiple options if there are happy with more than one time.

Also as im planning on growing this meet slowly, and have had interest from alot of members outside the immidiate area, would be good to get some really good quality snaps in to share (altho don't think my camera will be up to it)

looks like its going to a weekend evening always better than a weekday.

keep up the good work tom ** doing a good job i went go karting the other day anyone fancy doing something like that be a good laugh

Although its currently slightly swayed to a Sunday evening...My best guess is for those travelling far would probaly be happier if it was on a Saturday as to avoid travelling late into Sunday night for those with work on a Monday...

I beleive I may have mentioned it before but for those who arn't aware, theres a good bowling place & pub right above the car park which could host us for a nice get together laugh/ meal or whatever people want to do after we're done chatting about the cars

The security guards there will also keep a close eye on everyone's rides for them as they get other regular meets there, just need me to pop in give them a rough idea on numbers & when.

need more people posting comments as well as voting to give me a better idea, could always do one meet a sunday night then next month a sat night?

Comments do seem a little bare at the moment,

If more people are able to do the Saturday's its not a problem. If im free on a Saturday or during the week always happy to pop down just more chance being available on a Sunday.

Proposed date from the Poll, Saturday 14th January 2012 @ Aspects Leisure Park Lower Deck Car Park @ 7pm start.

Please post on this thread to indicate initial availibility before I post a new thread and create the event on the calendar (I will be doing this saturday).
