Dear all,

As a veteran Insight driver I'm going sporty and ordered a white Honda Civic 2.2 i-dtec Executive + HDD Navigation (Top Spec in Austria) due in December.

My dealer agreed to deliver the car with winter tyres on the 17" rims which come with the car so I can shop for 18" wheels for the next summer.

Are the sizes, offsets, etc. the same as the 8th gen Honda Civic? Because many sites don't list the 9th gen civic as of now so I can't see if their rims are possible on my new ride.

Thank you for your help!

Hole spacing is 5x114.3, which should be the same as for older Civics.
Center hole should be same size as well, since I'm got used 16" from 8gen model (or could be even from older one) for my winter tyres, and they fit nicely.
Offset is supposed to be ET50 for 17" and 18" and ET45 for 15" and 16"

Thanks alot! So a 18" rim with 225 40 R18 tyres, 5x114,3 hole spacing and ET50 fits always regardless of make, etc.? What is with the width of the rim? 7,5 or 8?

the stock model in aus comes with 17x7 +40 with 225/45r17 tyres.
It should be able fit up to 18x8.5 without any rubbing or fender rolling!!!
