Hi,

I know a while ago a few of you abandoned in-car CCTV in favour of iphone apps which did the same thing for a couple of pounds.

I was wondering which app you chose?

So far I've found these:

Incar Black Box: iCar Black Box - "Record Your Accident"

and

Ployd Black Box: :: Beagle :: Ployd Blackbox

I actually quite like the sound of Ployd because you can choose to record video only .

However, I wondered what everyone else was using?

In my last car i have the Blackvue incar DVR, was very good wish i had not sold it as the amount of tits about on the roads in hugh...

I've got the iCar Black Box app and it works well with a nice interface... the only prob is that I dont use it because I now have a Brodit mount on the centre console rather than the screen

Me too and that's what I like about the Ployd app. Apparently you can get it to record video only without data.

Wouldn't be too hard to work out your speed from video would it?
