Hi I brought a brand new honda civic last year and have just noticed that it has a long vertical scratch on the windscreen. It is exactly where the winder wiper arm finishes on the drivers side. Honda saying it could be a outside influence, (stone etc), it can't be as the scratch would be across the screen. Their other answer is someone could have scratched it, again i think it isn't that as it too coincidental that it matches the arm position of the wiper. anyone had any similar problems? any ideas? thanks
