As I don't have a suitable garage, I have to wash my car in a petrol station jetwash in wintertime. I use OMV wich is good and effective.

But my CTR was detailed this autumn, clayed, polished and waxed (all with Autoglym) and I worry how the weekly or fortnightly jetwashing would affect the wax protection?

What do you think? Do I have to repeat the detailing sooner then normal in this case?

The main thing to consider in the winter months is protection, rather than how are you going to keep it clean. Fact is, you're not going to be able to keep it clean. I washed mine y/day, and already today it has dirty water up the sides from puddles. Crucially, it is well protected, so I don't have to worry about any of the dirt causing paint issues.

So, I would not worry about weekly/fortnightly washes, but if you can, maybe give the protection system you've got on it a bit of a boost when you can. I recently went 10 weeks without washing my car. Washed it yesterday; looks like it has just been detailed.
