I really want to change my headlights to a very yellow look. Are they legal? One of my lights keeps flickering so need new ones and want something different.
Problem is I have HIDs.

I think the look in the picture you posted is using halogen bulbs (yellow coated) - the HID 3000k will probably have the same colour output as those bright orange-white floodlights you see in car parks....

The colour temperature chart in that first Fleabay link listing looks a little out, to me.

No way is 4300k "yellow". It produces near the whitest light on the spectrum.

I also believe 2500k (not 3000k) is the ideal yellow temp.

That is the temp I have ordered elsewhere recently, for yellow fog light bulbs, anyhow...

Flyeyes would just make the headlight unit look yellow, not change the bulb colour.
