I am very pleased to announce that TDi North have been appointed Zircotec dealers.

Zircotec high temperature coatings, ceramic coatings, engine, automotive and motorsport, exhaust manifold and header coatings.

Zircotec is a thermal barrier coating system that is used in many high end motorsport as well as industrial applications.
For us running high performance road/race cars it is a very efficient way of reducing engine bay temperatures and providing hp gains through accelerating the exhaust gasses.

We are currently running Zircotec treated exhaust manifold, downpipe and wastegate pipes of Adam's drag car and have just had this Toda FN2 manifold coated for testing on a customers car.

For more details on Zircotec barriers check out their website or give us a call direct. ;)

i was actually thinking of heat coating earlier - pondering a manifold at the minute ,

whats your views on heat wrap ( the roll type) and would you stand by one of your own manifolds if it was fitted with it .

Heatwraps good apart from it working loose with time and generally fraying.
You will have fun wrapping any manifold that is multi piece though then trying to fit it all together under the car.:D
