If it's anything like my old gen 8, when the sensor went, I had a hairline crack on the hub ring which was causing intermittent fault as you describe.

 

A brand new bearing hub assembly was installed, I used a dab of never seize on the hub when I reinstalled this one, I'm wondering could that throw the sensor off

 

I assume the abs/vsa error codes faults weren't there before you broke then sensor?

Is I have changed the sensor myself, I don't remember any problems to clear the fault codes. So I think you have to look for a real problem. Is the ABS sensor original Honda?

the codes should clear with a drive but have you also tried to clear them with a code reader that can deal with ABS related codes to see if they come back?

 

So, most recently the abs light is off. But the EPS lights and electric brake lights are on (multiple errors for each). I plug it into a scanner and it's showing no error codes

 

In most fault code readers you can get the "real speed" feedback live when driving. Then you know if you have good signal from the sensor. You can compare to the other rear wheel.

 

Why not just disconnect the battery for 10 minutes and see if it helps. Then you have to reset the display by pressing the on/off button up in the left corner for some seconds and after that make a short drive.

I just found this comment in some forum, without explanation:
Was the wheel bearing replaced recently? They are directional, if installed the wrong way you will get this code as well
As far as I can see, it is the same bearing on both sides.
