Just a quick question, Ive just collected together all the parts for my new radio, I tend to stick to Pioneer, but have brought a new pioneer for my new car aVH-P5200BT I also have the Honda Civic - Break Through!! Impulse impulse wiring rig with pioneer remote adapter, and all the other bits.
The radio comes with its own wiring harness which are just wires, which goto the speakers power etc. Now normally theres a plug on the car which will fit this socket from the current radio, either that or normally buy an adpter to suite the car, so I don't have to manully find out which wire does what. Now I've checked the impulse wiring rig and theres no plug that fits this, I've not taken the car a part yet so I don't know whats behind the radio (but have seen pics on here of it) My question is to anybody whos fitted a pioneer radio is there a standard plug from the old radio that just fits into the new one or am I missing a part ?
