Hey fellas, im about to purchase EP3 calipers from breakers as theyre quite cheaper than FN2. I would need bigger splash guards (fn2 ones) and new set of disks and pads. Am I missing anything else for complete swap?

You don't need bigger guards you can bend the existing ones clear of caliper and disc, I believe the fn2 ones don't even fit without modding in any case.

It wasn't just snake oil. The bigger disc diameter increases stopping torque even if the force applied is the same. Also you can use pad compounds that are not available for the derv set up. In my opinion it is a good cost effective upgrade for a standard derv which is fitted with barely capable brakes from the factory.
