Mine is a 2015 facelift version. Bought it with 27K on it three year ago and am still going strong at 87K... Hopefully many more miles to go. I service every 6month or 8K whichever comes first and it's normally the 8k that comes first.. Apart from servicing, the only other things I've changed is discs and pads. My 8G got to 143K but was starting to fall to bits, 2.2 Engine was sound but clutch, Air Con and Manifold were all at the end of their life. Whoever got it at auction must have spent a few quid on it though as it's still on the road.

I've got a 2015 1.6dtec. No problems so far. I have MOT in about 6 months, and i'm pretty sure i have to change rear discs and pads then. Car has driven 80.000km.
If you're doing the discs and pads yourself on the rear, make sure you soak WD40 or something like that on the retaining springs so they come out easier. I had to almost rip mine out and they were done by the time I did... Be very carefull with the sliders too, give them a good grease and be very careful when you put them back in as the threads are made of chocolate.. ÂŁ77 each for just one sliding pin from Honda if you thread or can't get them back in... Never had any problem at all changing front Pads but did the discs and pads recently on the rear and an easy job became a real pain in the backside.

If you're getting rust on your discs and it isn't shifting under normal breaking there is something binding... In the latter two year when I had the 8G 2.2 it went through two sets of pads in two year??? Rears should last 2 - 3 times as long as the fronts due to brake balance bias.

My 1.6 I-DTEC is at 115K Miles and drives like new. Haven't even changed a headlight bulb in it so far. Even on its first set of front discs, saying that, I have new ones in the boot getting fitted tomorrow as they are running a bit thin ;)
