Ok so i've done this job so ill help.

You will get whats in the picture plus some o rings. You will need to take the bottom part off the old filter(that part is what I called the fuel pot) and swap, the fuel pressure regulator and use new o ring supplied(when you push this in it needs to be done hard with a click otherwise it will shoot out and car wont start(ballache job), The new o rings are for the fuel pressure regulator plus I cant remember the other 2 ones, you also swap the sensor wire but I reused my old as the copper can snap when bent.

Dont use the new screw cap supplied but use old as new isnt good (not machined as well), when you place the top 3 pipes on make sure they are all clipped in thoroughly, the high pressure on mine shot off and had a car smelling of petrol for a few weeks!. Go slow and do the job when tank is nearly empty dont do it when full, it will spill everywhere!. trust me!.

Same process in this video its the same part except its under the passenger seat here:

Any questions please ask.

Oh yea I remember now, you also swap fuel pump over and that needs the other o rings, so swap pressure regulator, fuel pump and sensor wire and then fuel pot, the sock you dont replace for some unknown reason(you dont get a new with kit) I just cleaned the old with water. Oh and with the rubber gasket place in tank hole and lower fuel filter into it, dont do it the other way like me as it's hard to push in like that!. Oh and make sure all windows and doors are open when doing the job you will have a banging headache from the fumes haha!.
